Circle Of Sisterhood is a community of sacred and wild women whose desire is to fully express our raw, authentic self, reconnect to our deepest purpose in life and come into harmony with our natural rhythms. The reason why Circle Of Sisterhood was born is pretty simple. We couldn’t accept the fact that Sweden is one of the worst countries in the world to make friends in!
Our hope is to bring a positive change or at least make it easier for the next generations to find real friends or to have someone to reach out for help when feeling lonely in our society. Our strong desire to create a thriving community, where we can show up exactly as we are, cultivate vulnerability and connect on a deeper level, came true In December 2019. Since then we continue to gather together with super women at our monthly events, located in Varberg. Our sisters often leave the room with a feeling of being - SEEN, HEARD, EMPOWERED, FULFILLED WITH JOY, ENERGISED, WORTHY and simply ALIVE!
C.O.S is a safe space, where we can share and hold space for one another and express our true nature. Our events usually include meditation, the art of listening, TRE (trauma resolution exercise), somatic body work, tantric art, intuitive dance, rituals and a lot of LAUGHTER. In between the events we connect through our private facebook group, were we share experiences, give weekly challenges and receive non-judgemental support. We deeply believe that there is a great healing power in being witnessed.
