In our modern world we have become disconnected not just from our menstruation, but from our bodies as a whole. Our bodies are connected with the moon, and are intertwined with the other cycles of the earth.

Did you know that women who were bleeding were once held as the keepers of the wisdom for their community? They would bleed together under the dark moon and bring back messages that their community would use to make decisions about their future. 

There are messages about the power of our womb in so many of the fables we have been told. We just don’t realise what those messages are, because we have been told to be ashamed.

Hello and welcome to the first Autumn circle in Varberg

held by our amazing sisters Johanna and Helen thanks to whom we can continue to gather in-person, get healthy dose of bliss and enjoy all the benefits of the safe space of sisterhood.

Here’s what our sisters prepared for you:

We will meet to ground ourselves and leave behind what’s holding us back from living our life fully.

In this gathering we will create a safe space for you to share what’s on your heart. We will provide you with tools, such as meditation, journaling and pranayama that help to clear your mind and calm the nervous system.

You will get to experience the healing power of your subconscious mind through a hypnosis held by Klarisha, who will be with us virtually.

We are looking forward to meet you and spoil you with home picked herbal tea and yummy snacks!

Hello beautiful sisters and welcome to Dinner Talks!

This is the last in-person gathering for some time. Jenny is moving to Stockholm and Klari to Mallorca. We would love to get to hug you, thank you and celebrate you.

At Dinner Talks in Johanna’s magical garden in Norra Näs we will get to look back to our first ever gathering (December 2019) and celebrate all the beautiful sisterhood moments and powerful work we’ve done together. Our little C.o.S baby is growing stronger, wiser, sexier.. and all this is because of YOU and the unique presence you’ve brought into this safe space.

This evening we will celebrate your uniqueness and the gifts you’ve brought into our community of sacred and wild women + your personal growth and victories.

There is a saying ‘‘ Look how far you’ve come ’’ - which never made any sense for us, as we see the direction of sisterhood path more as a coming closer to one’s authentic self. Surrendering into what has always been there, instead of achieving. Re-remembering what has been forgotten. Reclaiming what has been taking away from us.

In Circle of Sisterhood we are all walking each other home to the place in our hearts, where we remember that we are

Loving. Wise. Capable. Worthy. Unique.

In our hearts we all carry deep wisdom and we have so much to share. The fun thing is that when we gather together it seems like we could talk forever. There wasn’t one C.o.S. gathering we wouldn’t stay longer :)) So why not to create a space where we get to talk, share, dance and laugh while enjoying freshly picked greens and goodies from Johanna’s garden?

Feeling the sisterhood support can be extra beneficial for our well-being during times of personal and collective shifts. It allows us to feel the sense of belonging and togetherness.

But we also know, that it is easier to show up when things go as we planned and we are full of energy, shining and happy.

Unfortunately, some feelings seem less popular in our society. Dualistic thinking like to make us believe that there are positive or negative feelings. Good or bad. And so in a very young age we begin to suppress those so called ‘‘bad’’ feelings in order to be accepted in our community.

I am sure that many of us have heard this disempowering sentence

‘‘What’s wrong with you?’’

when being sad, scared, angry, anxious, disappointed ..you name it.

Let’s say, that this

is not exactly the best support to receive. :))

In sisterhood community we understand that it can be challenging and scary

• to open up and maybe for the first time say out loud how you feel, really

• to share space with other women

• to reach out for help

• or to simply hear your voice and overcome the fear of saying something wrong, stupid..

The truth is that to hide at home alone when experiencing challenging feelings

makes us feel even more lonely, depressed and unlovable.

And that’s why we decided to create this on-line circle for receiving support, and encourage you to join this safe space no matter the mood, age, language or zoom skills, spiritual beliefs, astrological knowledge..

We deeply believe in the healing power of being witnessed.

You are so welcome to join with your camera off and muted, which means we won’t hear you.

You can enter our space with no pressure to perform or give, and simply enjoy grounding meditation and receive inspiration + support from Jenny and Klari, and other sisters.

Our hope is to remind you that

• It’s totally ok to join with the intention to receive, dear friend

We will meet three days after full moon in Capricorn

This sea-goat has the ability to climb any mountain and swim with the depths of the any sea.

With it’s ruler planet Saturn, the slowest in the system, it teaches us to use our energy wisely, to stay focused, discipline and dedicated.

Capricorn is an earth sign that knows what support it needs to achieve its goal. Where to set or loosen boundaries. What works and what doesn’t.

The art of freely communicating who you are

I know how hard it can be to express needs without feeling guilty. To say NO without over-explaining and apologising.

I know the feeling of not being good enough or the limiting voice of inner-critic. The paralysing fear that totally blocks the creative, playful self.

Not to mention how hard it can be to break the habit of people pleasing, set boundaries and unapologetically show up for who you truly are.

In True Self-expression we will explore childhood wounds more deeply to understand where the fear of rejection, abandonment etc may come from.

The fear of not being loved for who you really are often leads to unaware self-sabotaging behaviours like: procrastination, perfectionism, people-pleasing, co-dependency or discouraging yourself before even trying.

My role is to navigate you towards your most authentic self and empower you with the right tools that help you to express the real you with the world without fear.

Since ancient times dance, singing and story-telling have been used in rituals for self-healing.

Within the Circle of Sisterhood we believe that every woman has her unique way of self-expression. We believe that every being has a song. Every being has a dance. Every being has an inner-child within, who wants to play!

The power of the feminine lies in woman's hips. 

Our hope is to help you to unlock your pelvis, awaken your creative sensual life force and become confident with your body. The healing power of dance is rather about creativity than about perfection. Remember, the most important thing is to have fun.

EVERY WOMAN CAN JOIN!

AW for Wild Women is designed both for you who love to dance and! for you who haven’t found her dance yet and may have a blockage in the solar plexus, in your confidence or “confi-dance” ;)

Together we will open the circle with sensual, heart-opening cacao/macca drink.

Jenny will guide you through Danyasa flow

- unique combo of dance+yoga that helps you to reconnect with the raw energy and wild-woman’s nature.

In the second part of the evening we will play with this energy to

- awaken the feminine through a Sensual dance.

This feminine dance style is focused on hip movements, to stimulate the sacral chakra, and chest movements, to stimulate the heart chakra. By activating the sacral chakra we reconnect to our creativity,  sexuality, and spirituality. Activated heart chakra awakens love, compassion and the childlike genius within. Isn’t it amazing?

Klari will guide you through some easy dance moves and instead of focusing on how it looks like, you will be reminded to focus on how each move feels in the body.

We all know that when we feel great, we look great!

We will close the event by putting these moves into a simple choreography. Put your lipstick on, bring your high heels.

You deserve to feel like the queen you are.
