Yaaay!

The long summer nights are gone and we are slowly transitioning into slower days.

We believe we can speak for many of us living on the island that a huge dose of self care and grounding is needed. ;) 

This is why we are inviting you to full moon circle.

For you who is new to C.O.S, please know that no previous experience is needed. You are welcome exaaaactly as you are, wherever you are in your journey. Our wish is that these circles feel like the most relaxing exhale, and that you will leave the safe space ilight, nspired and fulfilled with joy.

Times flies and many of us are soon going home to celebrate Christmas with family and friends.

We are grateful for the beautiful moments, laughters and cries we shared together and would love to get to hug you before the holiday break!

On Monday we will gather together under the full moon in Gemini. The beginning of eclipse season that tends to shake things up and speeds up the process of growth.

An extra dose of self-care is needed during this time of emotional detox and healing.

You are so welcome to come as you are, no matter the mood or energy level..

To honor the power of La Luna, we will talk about Moon magic to connect with this source of wisdom and creative power.

Each month, the lunar cycle goes from a full moon to a new moon, moving itself in various positions and dictating our moods, sexual desires, and even reproductive tendencies.

In our modern world we have become disconnected not just from our menstruation, but from our bodies as a whole. Our bodies are connected with the moon, and are intertwined with the other cycles of the earth.

Did you know that women who were bleeding were once held as the keepers of the wisdom for their community? They would bleed together under the dark moon and bring back messages that their community would use to make decisions about their future. 

There are messages about the power of our womb in so many of the fables we have been told. We just don’t realise what those messages are, because we have been told to be ashamed.

OUR HOPE IS TO REMIND YOU:

• You are wild, flowing, sexual, blooming, abundant, intuitive and wise creature.

• Your womb, and the blood that lies within her is the seed of our creativity.

• Menstruation is not the horrible burden that it is made out to be.

• It should not be painful and harrowing.

• In fact it can be a magical, mystical and incredible time that offers many gifts to those willing to connect.

Our menstrual cycle is divided up into 4 unique and individual phases. When someone says that a woman is very different from one week to the next, they couldn’t be more accurate. At each phase a woman is physically, emotionally, hormonally and mentally different.

The purpose of last Circle of Sisterhood was to bring clarity on what limiting beliefs we are ready to let go off. The voice of inner critic, perfectionism, or the feeling of not being good enough were the common themes, which we wrote down on a paper and burned over a candle light.

‘’It’s done, it’s done, it’s done’’

The world needs more tenderness, loving kindness, self-appreciation and pleasure.

Feeling the sisterhood support can be extra beneficial for our well-being during times of personal and collective shifts. It allows us to feel the sense of belonging and togetherness.

But we also know, that it is easier to show up when things go as we planned and we are full of energy, shining and happy.

Unfortunately, some feelings seem less popular in our society. Dualistic thinking like to make us believe that there are positive or negative feelings. Good or bad. And so in a very young age we begin to suppress those so called ‘‘bad’’ feelings in order to be accepted in our community.

I am sure that many of us have heard this disempowering sentence

‘‘What’s wrong with you?’’

when being sad, scared, angry, anxious, disappointed ..you name it.

Let’s say, that this

is not exactly the best support to receive. :))

In sisterhood community we understand that it can be challenging and scary

• to open up and maybe for the first time say out loud how you feel, really

• to share space with other women

• to reach out for help

• or to simply hear your voice and overcome the fear of saying something wrong, stupid..

The truth is that to hide at home alone when experiencing challenging feelings

makes us feel even more lonely, depressed and unlovable.

And that’s why we decided to create this on-line circle for receiving support, and encourage you to join this safe space no matter the mood, age, language or zoom skills, spiritual beliefs, astrological knowledge..

We deeply believe in the healing power of being witnessed.

You are so welcome to join with your camera off and muted, which means we won’t hear you.

You can enter our space with no pressure to perform or give, and simply enjoy grounding meditation and receive inspiration + support from Jenny and Klari, and other sisters.

Our hope is to remind you that

This sea-goat has the ability to climb any mountain and swim with the depths of the any sea.

With it’s ruler planet Saturn, the slowest in the system, it teaches us to use our energy wisely, to stay focused, discipline and dedicated.

Capricorn is an earth sign that knows what support it needs to achieve its goal. Where to set or loosen boundaries. What works and what doesn’t.
